Job Purpose:
We are currently looking for a Coil Assembler, who is responsible to wind, shape, measure, tape, test medium to low voltage electrically insulated copper coils with a variety of tools and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wind, Shape and Form, Tape, and Test
- Perform electrical tests
- Insulation Resistance, Hi-Pot, Surge and Resistance Tests
- Perform Mechanical Measurements as they relate to the different types of electrical insulated conductors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands on experience working in a production facility
- Must have a strong willingness and drive to learn
- Stand for extended period of time
- Strong Hand-eye coordination is required
- Standing for long periods of time
